Real Client Success Stories: How GetchaSweatOn Transformed Lives and Bodies

From overcoming physical challenges like arthritis and fibromyalgia to regaining fitness after college sports, these inspiring stories showcase how dedication, mindset shifts, and personalized fitness plans lead to lasting transformation.

These are real people, real stories, and real struggles

These clients set goals and made a commitment to stick to the process. However, their changes did not happen overnight. They put in hours of work. They were determined, motivated, and driven. And when they weren’t, I was there to lift them up and push them to become the best versions of themselves.

They make what I do easy and enjoyable. I love seeing people work hard to achieve their goals. Some of their goals actually changed because as they progressed through the program they realized what was important.

The results from the Getchasweaton program not only change your body but also change your mindset and lifestyle.  Here’s what they had to say

Meet Olivia:

“After 10-plus years of struggling with arthritis and fibromyalgia, I wanted to try the one thing I was always told to do: exercise. I played sports in high school but never made exercise part of my daily routine.  Now 8 ½ months into my program with Getchasweaton, I’ve become stronger physically and want to strive towards being strong mentally.  One day I hope to start my own event planning company and my main goal is to really focus on mastering a work/live balance.”

Meet Michael:

“I used to play high school and college sports and focused a ton on my health and exercise.  After graduating and starting to work full-time, I lost that focus, and thanks to Getchasweaton, I’ve gotten back on track. I strive to continue that balance between my professional career and personal health.”

Meet Chelsea:

“When I started working with Shemayne, my goals included losing fat, getting into shape, and beginning my journey toward fitness as a lifestyle.  As time went on, this evolved into building muscle, improving my eating habits, creating better lifestyle habits, improved mental and emotional health, and overall just feeling kickass about myself and my abilities.

I’ve been able to lift and work with more weight than I would have ever imagined I could, and now my confidence in myself has improved because of it.  I also have shifted my goals for the future of working with Getchasweaton to be more focused on turning the corner of fitness as a lifestyle so that it’s embedded in who I am, building lean, effective muscle, and leveraging my health and dietary habits to tie it all together and impact my future health and wellness for the better.”
